Jipijapa Ecuador
PLANTING SEEDS OF HOPE THROUGH PLAYGROUNDS
In places where the brokenness of this world hits kids the hardest through difficult life circumstances, play allows a child to experience joy and simply be a kid.
We are partnering with Kids Around the World to create a vibrant space in Jipijapa, Ecuador, that enriches the lives of children, bringing joy for years to come!
Our team is traveling to Ecuador in July of 2026 to create a safe space that enriches the lives of children and communities, bringing joy for years to come.
Our goal is to raise $14,000, and any funds raised above this will go into our missions fund.
Large Group Risers
AWC Kids is growing, and so is our need for an engaging, organized, and kid-friendly large group environment. To better support our weekly teaching and worship times, we are seeking funding to purchase easy-to-move seating risers designed specifically for children.
Adding risers to our large group area will:
Define classroom groupings more clearly, helping kids know where to sit and making transitions smoother.
Create structured seating zones, reducing distractions and helping children stay focused during worship, teaching, and storytelling.
Improve visibility and engagement, giving every child a better view of the stage, screen, and leaders.
Support a welcoming and excellent environment, making our space feel intentional, fun, and safe for families.
COST: $4,871.00
Replacing Equipment
Our current sanctuary speakers and amplifiers have served faithfully for 15–20 years, but they are now outdated and no longer able to meet the audio needs of our worship services. To continue providing a clear and welcoming worship experience, we are proposing a full replacement of the system.
Current Issues
Uneven sound coverage—some areas are difficult to hear in, while other areas are too loud. Aging
equipment that is no longer reliable and difficult to repair. Limited capability to support modern worship needs with clarity and consistency.
Proposed Solution
We are recommending the installation of a new professional-grade sound system designed to deliver
even coverage throughout the sanctuary. This upgrade will ensure clarity for spoken word, music, and special events, enhancing the worship experience for all attendees.
Estimated Cost
The total investment for new speakers, amplifiers, installation, and system tuning is estimated at
$50,000–$60,000. We currently have $14,000 given!
